Very summery pasta salad with a little bit of spicy kick

Recipe Ingredients for Low fat Low cal pasta salad

8 oz. bow tie pasta
3/4 cup frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 cup bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup onions (chopped)
3 cups frozen broccoli cuts (thawed)
12 oz. tuna in water (drained and flaked)
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp honey
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Low fat Low cal pasta salad

  1. combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. combine remaining dressing ingredients in a smaller bowl and whisk.

  3. Pour dressing over first 6 ingredients and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
