A low fat, low calorie version of coleslaw

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat-Cal Cole Slaw

10 oz cabbage
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/3 c. fat free plain yogurt
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp dill weed

Recipe Directions for Low Fat-Cal Cole Slaw

  1. Mix mayo, yogurt, vinegar, Splenda, and spices in a large bowl.

  2. Mix in a 10 oz bag of coleslaw mix. I like the Fresh Express Tri-Color mix.

  3. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. 2 hours is better.
