Very low cal/low fat version of brownies. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Brownies

64 1/2 grams Syrup Golden Corn
2 oz Original Spread
100 mL Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
4 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
0.5 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Brownies

  1. Whisk wet ingredients in bowl 1, dry ingredients in bowl 2. Add bowl 1 to bowl 2. Mix until moist. Apricots are optional.

  2. Fold into oiled 8 inch square baking dish. Smooth surface (very sticky, you may need to wet a spoon to smooth). Bake at 350F until edges start to come away from sides of pan (approx. 15-20 minutes). Cool, then cut into 16 squares.
