1 1/2 cups oat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup raw sugar
10 large egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for low fat blueberry muffins

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. add egg whites, vanilla

  3. stir till well mixed

  4. add fruit until just mixed

  5. spoon into muffin tin

  6. bake 29 minutes 350 degree oven
