Fruit filled low fat cakey treat!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Blueberry Muffins

250 g Self Raising Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
100 g Sugar
250 g Blueberries
150 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
100 ml Skimmed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Blueberry Muffins

  1. Prepare muffin tray with paper cases.

  2. Wash blueberries & finely chop apple.

  3. Sieve flour & baking powder together & add sugar.

  4. Mix eggs, vanilla extract & yoghurt together.

  5. Add wet mixture to dry mixture & mix briefly, then add fruit & mix quickly again.

  6. Divide mixture intio muffin tray & cook at 200C for 10min. Then 15min at 180C or until golden.

  7. Leave to cool & then enjoy.
