Recipe Ingredients for low fat blueberry muffins

225 grams Flour, All Purpose
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
70 grams Sugars, Granulated
3 large Egg, White
30 grams Becel Light Margarine
80 cal Natural Yoghurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
90 grams Blueberries

Recipe Directions for low fat blueberry muffins

  1. mix the dry ingredients (keep a little suger and allspice to the side)

  2. beat the eggwhites until stiff. add the yoghurt, vanilla and margerine. stir in the blueberries.

  3. add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix.

  4. fill 12 muffin moulds for 2/3.

  5. sprinke with the extra sugar and allspice.

  6. bake the muffins for 25 min at 190C or until golden
