Very yummy bran muffins. no fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

1/2 cups wheat bran
1 cup Almond Dream
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

  1. Mix bran with milk . let stand for 10 mins

  2. then add egg and brown sugar.

  3. Mix dry ingredients, add blueberries.

  4. Add bran mixture to dry. Stir

  5. Bake 375F for 18mins.
