2 cups wheat bran
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3/4 cups water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for low fat blueberry bran muffins

combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Divide up between 12 muffin cups and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375. Allow muffins to cool and store in fridge.
