I put this on top of salad greens topped with chicken dipped in hot sauce (baked of course). I will mix a little but of hot sauce into this dressing for a litte extra kick. It's not as good a chicken wing but it usually satisfies my craving for chicken wings.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat blue cheese dressing

1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 tablespoons mayonaise
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/3 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Low-fat blue cheese dressing

  1. Take paper towel and fold into fourths and place in a small bowl. Put yogurt in bowl and set in fridge for about 20 minutes.

  2. Whisk yogurt, buttermilk, mayonaise, and vinegar in a medium sized bowl until smooth.

  3. Stir in blue cheese crumbles and season with salt and pepper. Add a little bit of hot sauce if you want a litte extra kick.
