Please note for mild chilli de-seed the jalopeneo. For mild add some seed & for hot add all seeds. The more seed added the hotter the chilli.

Recipe Ingredients for LOW FAT BEEF CHILLI

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
32 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for LOW FAT BEEF CHILLI

Brown ground beef in EVOO, add bell pepper, onion & garlic & saute with beef. Add tomatoes, Add choppeed jalopenos. Bring to a boil, Simmer low for 2 hours. I put it in a crock pot & let it simmer for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high
