Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat Banana Oat Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat bran
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbl baking powder
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Low-fat Banana Oat Bran Muffins

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350

  2. Mash bananas and mix in egg, apple sauce, honey, vanilla.

  3. Stir in oats, bran, salt and baking powder.

  4. Fold in sunflower seeds.

  5. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

  6. Bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown.
