Recipe Ingredients for low-fat banana nut muffins

1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for low-fat banana nut muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place muffin cups in muffin tin or spray with cooking spray.

  3. Mix all ingredients except walnuts.

  4. Add chopped walnuts.

  5. Stir until smooth.

  6. Spoon batter into muffin tins.
