Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Banana Muffins

1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 cup Natural Apple Sauce
1 cup, mashed Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 cup Plain Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Banana Muffins

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350. For muffins, bake around 20 minutes. For bread, bake 45 min to an hour.
