A moist muffin. Perfect for lunchboxes or a snack!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Banana Muffins

250 g Self Raising Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
100 g Sugar
3 Eggs
2 medium Banana
30 ml Skimmed Milk
50 g Walnut Pieces

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Banana Muffins

  1. Prepare muffin tin with cases & preheat oven to 200C.

  2. Sieve together the flour & baking powder into a large mixing bowl & mix in sugar.

  3. Mash Banana & beat eggs then mix together.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients & mix briefly.

  5. Divide mixture evenly between cases & sprinkle with walnuts.

  6. Cook at 200C for 10min then at 180C for 15min or until golden.

  7. Leave to cool then enjoy!
