Muffins; not the best recipe but needed to enter for this batch!

Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat banana and choc-chip muffins

1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup corn syrup
3 bananas
2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for Low-fat banana and choc-chip muffins

  1. -Sift flours and baking powder together

  2. -Beat egg yolks and sugars together

  3. -Combine stirring lightly, adding sour cream, choc-chips, crushed bananas, corn syrup, oil

  4. -Fold in egg whites

  5. -divide into 12 muffin cups, bake for 20 mins at 375F
