Recipe Ingredients for low fat banana bread

1 cup whole grain flour
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup ground flaxseed, organic
3/4 cup light vanilla soymilk
1 egg
2 bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for low fat banana bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mash bananas first, then beat remaining ingredients for 1/2 min.

  3. Bake in a loaf pan for 60-65 mins.
