Recipe Ingredients for low fat banana bread

2 cups flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 egg whites
1 1/4 cup bananas
2/3 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for low fat banana bread

  1. special note: add 2/3 cup stevia blend along with the 1 cup of sugar

  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 - 7 x 3 inch loaf pans. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl and blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high and pour into 2 pans. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (if making muffins, reduce cook time to 20-30 minutes)
