Low-fat banana bread - delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat Banana Bread

1 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
1/4 cup splenda no-calorie sweetener
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 medium bananas

Recipe Directions for Low-fat Banana Bread

Blend sugars, applesauce and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt and baking soda. Mix powdered milk and cream of tartar in the water. Add milk mix alternately with dry ingredients. Mash bananas and stir in. Bake in small loaf pans or muffin tins. This nutrition info is for the small loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
