Low fat banana bread. Modified from Recipezaar 52206. Might reduce sugar next time. It was very sweet.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Banana Bread

4 bananas
1 1/4 c flour
1/4 c oats
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c splenda
2 T butter
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1 egg
2 T apple sauce

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Banana Bread

  1. Mash bananas

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Pour batter into two greased loaf pans.

  4. Bake a 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
