Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Banana Bread

1 1/2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 cups Mashed Bananas
1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 2 large loaf pans.

  2. In a large bowl cream together sugar and eggs. Mix in apple sauce.

  3. In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add it to the cream mixture.

  4. Mix in bananas and chocolate chips.

  5. Pour into loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
