5 ripe bananas
1 egg
1 tbsp soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Banana Bread

  1. Mash bananas

  2. Add sugar and egg

  3. Add vanilla, oil, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and other spices

  4. Mix well

  5. Stir in flour

  6. Bake at 325 for an hour
