Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Banana Bread

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 medium banana
1 egg
1 egg white
40 g (1/6 cup) source vanilla yogurt
1/8 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Banana Bread

  1. cream butter and sugar

  2. in a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt

  3. add banana, eggs and yogurt to the creamed mixture

  4. add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and stir until just combined

  5. mix in the chocolate chips

  6. bake at 350 for 45minutes
