Also a cup of Splenda, but I couldn't add it to the recipe since the only Splenda it would find is something with many calories... the Splenda I used doesn't have any calories. I wanted the Nutrition Facts to be accurate.

Recipe Ingredients for Low fat banana bread

4 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp soy milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Low fat banana bread

  1. Mash bananas and egg together. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add cinnamon, baking soda, salt, soy milk. Mix well. Add flour. Mix (not too well).

  2. Bake in Pam sprayed pan (rectangular) for 1 hour at 325F.
