Recipe Ingredients for low fat banana bread

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 large eggs
1 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup mashed banana
4 tbsp fat free milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for low fat banana bread

  1. combine sugar applesause and beaten eggs

  2. add banana

  3. add dry ingredients

  4. then milk and vanilla

  5. bake 375 for 55 minutes
