Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Banana Bran Muffins

2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 cup Rogers 100% Natural Wheat Bran
2 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1/4 cup Walnuts
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
6 tsp Brown Sugar Blend
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1/2 cup Egg, White
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2/3 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Banana Bran Muffins

Add buttermilk to brain, stir and let soak. mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Mix bran with liquid ingredients, then add flour and mix until saturated. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 365 for 20 minutes. Makes 17 muffins.
