Lower Fat Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Baked Macaroni & Cheese

4 cups elbow macaroni
1/4 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup light sour cream
1 cup light cottage cheese
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons onion, grated
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon margarine, melted
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon margarine,melted
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Baked Macaroni & Cheese

While the noodles are cooking, mix together the next 9 ingredients. Mix in cooked pasta adn pour into a 2 quart casserole dish, sprayed with nonstick spray. Mix bread crumbs with paprika adn 1 tablespoon of margarine and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove tine foil and bake for 5 minutes longer.
