Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Applesauce Banana Bread

1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 1/2 tbsp of splenda
2 egg whites
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup of mashed bananas
1 3/5 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Applesauce Banana Bread

  1. Mix together applesauce, maple syrup, splenda, egg whites, vanilla and milk.

  2. Add mashed bananas.

  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
