I tried substituted everything in a taco and coming up with healthier and leaner choices. It turned out very delicious

Recipe Ingredients for Low fat almost tacos

3/4 pound Lean Ground Turkey
6 spinach tortilla wraps
6 cups spinach
1/4 cup light cottage cheese
1 cup low sodium salsa

Recipe Directions for Low fat almost tacos

  1. Cook ground turkey, adding any spice you desire.

  2. Place spinach in tortilla

  3. Add as much cottage cheese or salsa you desire I prefer to use limited amounts. The cottage cheese I replaced sour cream. The salsa however was store bought, homemade is highly recommended.

  4. Roll it up and enjoy!

  5. Of course don't hesitate to add more vegetables of your choice!
