Low fat, extra fibre bran Muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Low fat All bran muffins

1/2 cup Splenda
1 tblsp Baking powder
2 cup All-bran
1 1/4 cup skimmed milk
2 egg whites
1 1/4 cups Flour

Recipe Directions for Low fat All bran muffins

  1. Stir together flour, sugar & baking powder . In a large mixing bowl

  2. combine cereal & milk. Let stand 5min or until cereal softens. Add egg

  3. beater and applesauce. Beat well. Add flour mixture stirring only

  4. until combined. Pour into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20

  5. min until lightly brown. Serve warm.
