1/4 cup low fat cheese
1 T. fat free sour cream
2 T. grated parmesan cheese
1 salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste

Recipe Directions for low fat alfredo sauce for one

sprinkle grated low fat cheese on noodles or spaghetti squash and nuke for 30 seconds, stir in fat free sour cream and top with grated parmesan, nuke for 30 more seconds or until heated through. Add salt, pepper, and pepper flakes to taste. This recipe actually calls for one wedge of low fat or fat free Laughing Cow cheese, but would no analyze with that.
