Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Alfredo

2 tbsp Butter
0.13 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.67 cup Ricotta Cheese
2 oz Cheese
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Alfredo

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until blended. Cook 15 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses, salt, and pepper, and cook 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
