1/2 egg yolk
2 egg whites
1 slice of American cheese
1 tsp butter
1/3 cup skim milk
2 oz salami

Recipe Directions for Low cholesteral egg breakfast with salami

crack 1 full egg plus 2 egg whites and add skim milk and beat until well blended. Add butter to the pan when nice and warm, add the mixture to the pan. Add the slice of cheese in pieces. Let eggs cook and scramble a few minutes.
