Using Carbquick baking mix makes a tasty waffle, with only 3.2 grams NET CARBS per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Waffles

4 serving Carbquick Baking Mix 1/3 cup (1 1/4 cups)
1/2 cup Original Egg Beaters
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
8 g Truvia packets
1/8 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Waffles

  1. Heat waffle iron, and brush with a little cooking oil.

  2. Beat Egg Beaters Original, cream, water, and vanilla well in a large bowl. Stir in Truvia and vegetble oil.

  3. Beat in Carbquick Baking mix with electric mixer if possible, till smooth and all lumps are gone. If using hand method, beat with whisk until all lumps are gone.

  4. Pour about 1/2 cup batter on preheated waffle iron. Cook according to instructions with waffle iron, or about 3-5 minutes depending on doneness preferred. Remove from iron with a heat-resistant silicone spatula.

  5. Makes 4 waffles (4 large round waffles, can be divided into 4 sections).
