(1) Do not use Miracle Whip or other mayonnaise as they have a vinegar taste that does not work in this recipe. It HAS to be Hellman's (2) The secret ingredients are the Worcestershire sauce & curry powder. Iusually add more of these to give it a real zip

Recipe Ingredients for low carb Vegetable Dip

3 cups Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
6 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp curry powder

Blend together well and refrigerate to set and seal the flavours.
