Recipe Ingredients for low carb turkey chili for 3

11 7/10 ounces Ground Turkey Breast 99% fat free
2 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tsp chili powder, good quality
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp oregano, dried - crushed
16 oz tomato, crushed - no salt added
2 tbsp cilantro, fresh - minced

Recipe Directions for low carb turkey chili for 3

spray pam olive oil in pan, over medium heat saute turkey till brown, add onion and all spices, stir till mixed and tomato sauce and add 1/2 cup vegetable broth. simmer for 15 minutes, serve in a whole wheat tortilla or over quinoa or whole wheat pasta
