Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Turkey Avocado Burgers

1 lb 93% ground turkey
10 sprays cooking spray (Olive Oil flavor)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (California style)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (fresh)
1/4 cup water
1 small avocado, sliced

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Turkey Avocado Burgers

Divide and shape ground turkey into 3 burgers; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Spray skillet with cooking spray, and heat. Cook burgers approximately 3 minutes on each side, until browned. Add water to skillet, and continue cooking until water evaporates. Remove from pan and top with avocado slices.
