Classic tuna in a tomato, adapted to low carb, low fat diet

Recipe Ingredients for Low carb Tuna Fish Tomato Salad

4 ounces BUMBLE BEE Chunk Light Tuna in Water (1 can drained)
1 large boiled egg, chopped
1 slice onion, chopped
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
2 tablespoons fat free mayo
2 large tomatoes
2 leaf,+large romaine leaves

Recipe Directions for Low carb Tuna Fish Tomato Salad

In bowl, mix drained tuna, chopped egg and vegetables, and add the smallest portion of fat free mayonnaise to hold ingredients together. Wash and dry tomatoes. Cut in half almost to the bottom. Make another cut through at 180 degrees, again not to the bottom. Tomato quarters should fall slightly open. Place lettuce (or spinach) on 2 plates, and top with quartered tomatoes. Spoon 1/2 tuna salad on each tomato and serve.
