Delicious Teryyaki chicken wings very Low Carb

Recipe Ingredients for low carb Terryiaki chicken wings

700 g chicken wings
55 ml soya sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 pint of water

Recipe Directions for low carb Terryiaki chicken wings

  1. in a saucepan bring to boil the water and soya sauce

  2. add chilli, garlic, ginger and garam masala.

  3. (optional) add about 5 sweetex or any other low carb artificial sweetner that you usually use.

  4. add the chicken wings and simmer for approx 45 mins.

  5. remove chicken wings and place on a rack.

  6. reduce the stock that is left over until thick. If need be add a small amount of corn flour or any other flour that is low in carbs (I personally use Soya Flour)

  7. Baste thickened sauce over chicken wings and grill under a hot grill till it is slightly burnt to the chicken.

  8. These are delicious and ideal snacking foods for people on a low carb diet as each chicken wing only contains approx 1 gram of carbs
