Great alternative to high carb spaghetti.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Spahetti Squash Caserole

1 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
1/2 cup Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Original Style Traditional
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Spahetti Squash Caserole

Cut spaghetti squash in half and scrape out the seeds (kind of like doing a pumpkin). Cover with plastic wrap or stick in a calerole dish and microwave for 8 minutes. If using a caserole dish, put in a little water. Scrape spagetti squash out of shell into a bowl, mix with sauce. You can add more if you like..sauce is pretty low cal. Bake in oven for 20 minute, then sprinkle with parmesan (fresh is really good) and broil on high until slightly crispy. Can add meat ball or chicken on top before you put the cheese if you want a little more protien.
