Recipe Ingredients for Low-Carb Soup

1 cup water
3 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
1 1/2 cup kale, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed
1 squash, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1/4 pound shrimp, diced
6 oz chicken breast, diced
4 oz tomato sauce
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Low-Carb Soup

  1. Add water, tomato sauce, broth, onion, red bell pepper, garlic and spiced to the pot.

  2. Add chicken, then squash and zucchini, then snow peas.

  3. Finally, add shrimp and kale and simmer until ready.
