Recipe Ingredients for low carb shepards pie

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup cheese
1/4 cup tomato
2 eggs
1 head of cauliflower
1 cup green beans

Recipe Directions for low carb shepards pie

  1. brown ground beef add onion

  2. cook cauliflower untill tender, puree is food processor or mash like potatoes. add one egg and mix.

  3. put meat in casarole dish add one egg, put tomatoes and greenbeans in layers, pour cauliflower on top and cheese. bake for 1 hour on 350 or until top is set and golden brown.
