Using cauliflower to make the old standard side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb

1 lb raw cauliflower florettes
2 tbs olive oil
4 oz fat free sour cream
1 sea salt to taste
1 pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Low Carb

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place cauliflower and garlic cloves in baking dish and cover with olive oil.

  3. Roast for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and place in food processor with sour cream. Puree until consistency of mashed potatoes.
