Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Quiche

4 large Egg, Whole
1.5 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1/4 cup Yellow Corn Meal
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Quiche

Combine flour, cornmeal, eggs, milk. Blend well. Layer cheese, green onions, bell pepper and salt and pepper in a 9" pie pan. Pour rest of ingredients on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
