Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Pumpkin Pie Filling

15 ounce pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 cups half and half cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 cups heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Pumpkin Pie Filling

  1. Mix all ingredients. Add Spenda or other low calorie sweetener.

  2. If desired add 1 tablespoon bourbon. Pour into low carb pecan crust.

  3. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Bake an additional 30-40 minutes at 350. Check often. Cool. Serve with low fat, low calorie whipped cream.
