be careful high in fat and cals, i guess you cant always win : ( i left out the olive oil that you should use to sprinkle on the top and left out olives and parm cheese to try to sacrifice the fat and calories but this is about as good as i could get it. this is the pizza for you if you just want low carb

Recipe Ingredients for low carb pizza

3 c grated raw zucchini, or spaghetti squash
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c low fat mozzarella, cheese
1 1/2 c tomato sauce
1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil

Recipe Directions for low carb pizza

  1. Serves 3-4

  2. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  3. Squeeze the excess moisture out of the grated zucchini or cooked spaghetti squash with paper towels. Mix the squash, eggs and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella together and press into the bottom of a pie pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.

  4. Remove the pan from the oven and spread the tomato sauce, vegetables or other pizza toppings and the remaining cheeses over the crust. Sprinkle with oregano and basil and drizzle the olive oil over the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
