Recipe Ingredients for low carb pizza

500 g mozzarella cheese
3 egg whites
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
100 g pepperoni
284 ml mushrooms
1 green onion
1/4 cup pizza sauce

Recipe Directions for low carb pizza

  1. mix 3 cups mozzarella cheese with 3 egg whites, garlic and basil. mix well.

  2. cook at 450 for 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly

  3. add pizza sauce and toppings and cook until just heated through and top cheese has melted
