Makes 6 servings

A high-protein, lower carb option for individual pizza crusts. Made in 3 9" pie pans, I would say half a pizza per serving, giving you 6 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Pizza Crust by Eddie

2 cups soy flour
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Pizza Crust by Eddie

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Beat eggs until yolks and whites are combined. Pour in cream and seltzer water. Add sea salt and stir in soy flour.

  3. Mix well, until thick, but slightly liquid.

  4. Butter 3 individual size pizza pans (about 9" or you can use pie plates). Generously spread batter thinly on pans.

  5. Bake until slightly browned and cooked through, About 15 to 20 minutes. Check often.

  6. Spread your favorite low carb topping ( cheese, mushrooms, sauce or pesto, and sausage, etc) on top of crust. Place under broiler until toppings are done and cheese melts.
