4 tbsp Peanut Butter Creamy Whipped
2.3 oz Cream Cheese Original
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Truvia
1 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Peanut Butter Muffins

  1. Firstly you should place all of your ingrediants into a blender

  2. Blend for 3 minutes so that the mixture is really smooth, if you do not have a blender you can just mix these ingrediants together in a bowl

  3. Place half of this mixture into 2 microwaveable cups, half in each cup

  4. Microwave these cups for 2 minutes

  5. Turn your cup upside down and the muffins should fall right out and be ready to eat.
