Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb - Peanut Butter Cookies

2 cups Almond Meal
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Stevia

Recipe Directions for Low Carb - Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Mix eggs, stevia, baking power and vanilla for at least 2 minutes. then add the peanut butter,

  2. once its mix well, then add the almond meal and mix well.

  3. place in cook sheet at 375 F, cook for at least 23 minutes.

  4. let the cook off, and enjoy!
