Low carb creamy gelatin! Use any flavor of sugar free syrup you like. Tried caramel and raspberry--DELISH!!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Panna Cotta

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 oz (1/3 c) sugar free flavored syrup (Monin/Torani/etc)
16 oz (2 c) 2% milk, lactose free
16 oz (2 c) heavy cream
8 oz sugar free flavored syrup (Monin/Torani/etc)

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Panna Cotta

  1. Put 1/3 sf syrup in a bowl and sprinkle in gelatin--mix and let rehydrate 5 min.

  2. Pour creams & sf syrup into heavy saucepan or microwave bowl. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.

  3. Remove from heat & add gelatin; stir well until dissolved completely. Pour into 12 ramekins or a gelatin mold and chill thoroughly. Serve cold topped with a bit of sf chocolate sauce or whipped cream!
